For their Milk Chocolate variety, the brewers worked closely with Willie’s Cacao to select the finest cocoa beans, which are added to the brew both as nibs and roasted shells. The result is a rich, full-bodied aroma that greets the nose as soon as it’s poured. To further enhance the beer’s Caribbean flair, select woods reminiscent of fine rum are added, lending the beer a smooth, woody depth.
