The little word "and" is an elementary part of our language. It connects multi-part sentences, links ideas and creates sequences. The De Molen brewery from the Netherlands has made "and" the center of its concept and cleverly incorporates it into its beer creations. The titles of their brews consist of two words joined together with an "&" in the middle. The words are opposites or components of a theme: Water & Vuur describes the two opposing elements of water and fire, while Hel & Verdoemenis presents hell and damnation, a common pair of words. Behind these clever titles lie sophisticated beers from the Belgian region as well as international classics of the craft beer scene. All drinks contain a select selection of the finest raw materials, honest craftsmanship and a lot of attention to detail.
