One would like to say Nordic by nature. As the name suggests, this IPA comes straight from the north of Germany. To be precise, from Hamburg-Stellingen. Nature is also represented here, as is true with every craft beer. Because only natural ingredients from all over the world go into the bottle. Columbus, Chinook, Mosaic and Amarillo hops provide the strong scent, which is both floral and accompanied by pineapple and mango. In terms of taste, the variety of hops unfolds right from the start. A combination of fine fruit notes, a slight malt sweetness (British Pale Malt) and balanced bitterness are accompanied by a balanced hop taste. It’s lucky that master brewer Simon Siemsglüß has dismantled his tents in Asia and is brewing in his homeland again. Otherwise the craft beer scene would probably have been denied one of the most balanced IPAs.
