The Kaiserweisse has been an integral part of the so-called beer menu from the Tyrell BrauKunstAtelier for several years. Twice a year, just in time for summer and winter, Braumeister und Gourmet Dr. Thomas Tyrell a compilation of brews that are perfectly matched. Each menu includes an aperitif, a main course and often several dessert options.
The beer menu for summer 2023 starts with the exotic Passionsweisse , cleverly leads to the complementing Kaiserweissen and suggests the coconut porter , themocha stout or the barley wine as the crowning finale. At this point, however, it should now be about the latest edition of the Kaiserweissen. The brew is a strong triple that is stylistically based on the Berliner Weisse. Aromatic protagonists are hand-picked cones of wild hops collected in Brandenburg. The creation brings an impressive 9.5% alcohol content into the glass and presents itself in this in wonderfully cloudy old gold. A layer of fine-pored, dense foam crowns the honey-colored beer and harmoniously rounds off the enticing look.
If you want to create a special evening for guests, you could organize a tasting of the beer menu.
