Non-alcoholic beers are a thorn in the side of many brewers. Not because they don’t like drinking them, but because producing them is a huge challenge. You can’t simply remove the alcohol from a conventional beer without risking it losing all its taste and character. Producing non-alcoholic brews is a bit of a science in itself and takes a lot of time and effort. So if you want to drink a really good non-alcoholic beer, you shouldn’t go for the only one in an otherwise alcoholic range, but rather look for a brewery that specializes in beers without alcohol. Like zeroLabs, for example.
ZeroLabs is a label from Munich that has chosen non-alcoholic beer as the focus of its work and whose entire range consists of a single - extremely round, finely polished and characterful - brew with 0.0% alcohol content. The creation is called Unfiltered 0.0 and was developed over the course of a whole year through numerous experiments.
Today, the team is satisfied and proudly presents us with an old golden, naturally cloudy beer with a delicate head and fine taste. The sugar-free drink is wonderfully tart and balances light, restrained malt with fine hop notes and a well-seasoned bitterness. zeroLabs Unfiltered 0.0 is a solid non-alcoholic beer that doesn’t feel like a compromise!
