Although the brewery was only founded in 2013, the brewers have already won a number of awards and prizes with their beers, including the "World's Most Decorated Brewery" award for three consecutive years, "Worlds Best Stout" for their Rye River Export Stout and "Worlds Best IPA Imperial/Double" for their Rye River Double IPA at the coveted World Beer Awards. Rye River Brewery currently has more than 150 awards on its shelf and the number is growing all the time. However, the team is not resting on its laurels, but sees the awards as a constant incentive to become even better. The brewers combine progressive ideas with innovative techniques, hand-picked ingredients and craftsmanship. As one of Ireland's largest independent craft breweries, Rye River Brewing Company has a certain responsibility: the brewery wants to lead by example and not only achieve but exceed its own standards and goals.
