For many people, it is not the main course with fish or meat, strong sauce and delicious vegetables or the sophisticated starter that plays the first fiddle in a fine meal, but what forms the crowning conclusion. Desserts divide humanity into two camps: some can do without sugar-heavy creations, while others would rather forego all the bells and whistles that precede it than end up without dessert. We definitely have a sweet tooth and don’t say no when pastries, puddings, mousses or other creamy dishes are presented to us.
Also Dr. Thomas Tyrell is of the opinion that a menu is only complete if it consists of three courses. Every season, the master brewer and brewing engineer puts together a beer menu consisting of three different brews, which are a stunner on their own, but as a whole deliver true delight.
The brilliant finale for the beer menu in winter 2023/24 is T-Bohnstout, an imperial black beer that has 10.4% alcohol content and three types of beans. Strong roasted aromas are the focus and are impressively accompanied by cocoa, espresso and tonka beans. We experience a gentle bitterness in beautiful complexity, delicate chocolate and coffee notes and an exotic spice in heavenly harmony.
The perfect end to any dinner and also a poem with cakes and desserts!
