Besides beer, the Pinta brewery has another great passion: travel. Conveniently, brewing and wanderlust can be wonderfully combined. One can explore distant lands and be inspired by their brewing traditions, travel to the world’s hop-growing regions to personally select aromatic cones, connect with like-minded individuals from all corners of the globe, and forge collaborations. Pinta Brewery has integrated all these options into its daily brewing operations, functioning not only as a brewery but also as an unofficial travel agency. In two extensive series, the Polish team explores the sights of our planet and captures their essence in hops and malt.
For Hazy Discovery Sydney, Pinta teamed up with their colleagues at One Drop Brewing. They met the Australian brewery during hop selection in New Zealand and hit it off immediately. Together, they created a powerful Hazy IPA using Citra, Nectaron, and Riwaka hops.
A unique feature of this beer is the brewing technique developed by One Drop Brewing. Clean Fusion is an innovative practice in which all yeast is removed from the beer after the first fermentation. A generous amount of hops is then added via dry hopping. This results in a clear, straightforward, and intensely hoppy beer with juicy fruit notes, hints of citrus, herbs, and freshly cut grass in its flavor.
