There are a lot of cozy corners in the Two Roads Brewing Company, but the employees have a favorite spot that visitors don't get to see. In the depths of the winding, centuries-old walls of the brewery building there is a break room that the staff affectionately call "little heaven." Everyone who has time gathers there to chat with each other, drink a (non-alcoholic) beer, and briefly escape the hustle and bustle of everyday brewing. Because this room has a place in the hearts of the entire team, a beer-based monument has been erected to it: Lil' Heaven is a brew that its makers call a "crushable IPA" and is actually extremely drinkable.
Lil' Heaven is a light and fluffy session IPA with a moderate 4.8% alcohol content. The hops Azacca, Equinox and Mosaic create a tropical, fruity taste that makes the clear, golden brew an irresistible treat.
Two Road's little darling flows into the glass in the color of liquid sunshine and is crowned with an airy cap of white foam. An olfactory bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits tickles the nose and makes you want to take the first sip. The first sip reveals a slim, sparkling carbonated body that enchants the palate with notes of peach, apricot, grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit and a hint of light malt. Heavenly!
